Seems promising

The app does indeed record sounds while you sleep. It is hard to know how to calibrate the recording level; I wish they gave more guidance on doing this so I would know if it is working properly. I get a nice graph no problem but the sounds are almost inaudible. Does that mean there arent any to worry about? Or that the app isnt working well on this phone?
I have an old iOS version so other sleep apps wont run on it or I would try another.
Too bad they make you stare at the advertising screen for so long every time you select the app.
