Should be banned. Crashes 100% of the times

The lite version worked better but would not allow night long recordings. Full version is absolutely worthless. Hasnt worked a single time.

Worth the purchase

This has worked fine for me over two nights. Have had it plugged in per instruction and it hasnt crashed and recorded all night. I can hear myself snoring if it is within 3 feet of me while sleeping. Only complaint is the slow speed of drawing graphs and no means to adjust the y-axis in the graph. Otherwise it is worth the two bucks.

Sluggish, hard to use, barely functional

Good and getting better

I bought this app quite a while ago to help me understand my snoring. It was buggy but usable. The latest update has been great. Its much easier to use and its giving me some very good understanding of how Im sleeping and under what circumstances I snore.

Dont waste your money

With this new release, there are now compelling reasons to buy this. While not perfect just yet, it is truly useful, much more responsive and considerably more intuitive. Highly recommended!

I want my money back!!

Records the snoring but the app locks up once you try to listen or graph the recording.

Crashes on graph view

Records.. But crashes when you try and play it back. Purchased 11.27 so update was no help. Next.

Review

Good for recording sounds you make when sleeping. Graph, if calibrated correctly, can be useful to identify when you snore at night. Suggestion: i should be able to drag the playback bar so it plays where ever i drag to. Right now in playback, it stops or stops every time i touch the screen. Extremely annoying when trying to play a particular segment, and you have yo tap the exact location- not easy with normal sized fingers...

Outstanding program

Once you learn how to spread out the signal properly, you can see and hear literally every breath, snore, snort or irregularity in breathing. Extremely useful for home and even for medical use. One can hear the details of the night. You can even hear your partner snoring. Reliable and user friendly.

Great app

Awesome results with this app! Accurate and easy to use. Highly recommended

Great App

After 5 nights of bad headaches, I used this app to find out what was going on. It provides all the info and tools to do a thorough analysis of a nights worth of sleep. Its easy to use. Highly recommended.

Seems promising

The app does indeed record sounds while you sleep. It is hard to know how to calibrate the recording level; I wish they gave more guidance on doing this so I would know if it is working properly. I get a nice graph no problem but the sounds are almost inaudible. Does that mean there arent any to worry about? Or that the app isnt working well on this phone? I have an old iOS version so other sleep apps wont run on it or I would try another. Too bad they make you stare at the advertising screen for so long every time you select the app.

I love this app!

Ive been using the app to better understand my snoring problem. The app is very easy to use. It records and plots out a nice graphical timeline of your sleep session. In addition, you can play back the recording at any point of the timeline and listen to your snoring. By using the app I was pleasantly surprised to find that my snoring is much less when sleeping on my right side compared to my left side. I dont quite understand why this would be the case, but now that I know, Im sleeping on my right side. Before this, my default sleeping side was the left side. So, the app told me that Ive been sleeping on the wrong side! The app revealed another interesting discovery. I have nasal allergy, so occasionally, I take an over-the-counter allergy pill before I go to bed. When I record my sleep, the app instantly shows that my snoring is dramatically reduced after taking the allergy pill. This makes perfect sense, because the pill helps to relieve congestion in the nose, which leads to less snoring. My next step is to experiment with using the MegaVent nasal appliance, which is supposed to allow better airflow in the nose. It would be interesting to compare the results of using the MegaVent with the results from using the pill. Im hoping the MegaVent will produce similar results, so that I can avoid having to take the pill. After trying MegaVent I will probably want to try the Reduznore to see if that can further reduce my snoring. So, if you want to try different strategies and appliances for reducing snoring, the app is an indispensable tool for systematically trying, quantifying, and evaluating the effectiveness of each strategy and appliance. The app makes for a great sleep partner. :-)
